The romantic in me wants an Arsenal legend like Bergkamp or Henry but in reality this is not going to happen.

Mourinho or Guardiola would be amazing in different ways but i can't see either of them coming.

Slaven Bilic maybe?

Look at it...

Wenger sacked.

Stan aint got a clue.

Might be that jerk off Gazidis appointing the next manager http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif Considering his cluelessness I'd have to say anything left field like Tony Adams (failure as a manager) to the likes of Fabio Capello and Sven Goran Eriksson would have to be major front runners.

Under Kroenke:

Jürgen Klopp
Pep Guardiola
Frank de Boer/Dennis Bergkamp
Manuel Pellegrini
David Moyes
Marcelo Bielsa

Under Usmanov:

Jose Mourinho
Pep Guardiola
Frank de Boer/Dennis Bergkamp

PS. Bilic was a GREAT suggestion.

then Arsene comes in to take over from him as the front man for 16 years, but as soon as Rice leaves, it then all goes pear shaped http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/sherlock.gif

No, Pat's a classic number two. The top job would have to go to Vic Akers with Pat as his assistant.

Not to mention the inevitable strain on the media from Bielsa's notorious two, three or four hour conferences. Only Fidel Castro (a confirmed gooner) could prattle away for longer than Don Marcelo.

...and yet if a physio like Bertie Mee could get the top job or even the translator (Jose), why not honest Vic? Stranger things etc...

If Eva keeps Roman's rouble, we could also consider Tihana Nemcic, manager of men's fifth division team in Croatia:
