He's been in his job for two years too long. Tactics and team selections are stupid, and the players don't even bother to try to play like a team. Walcott is leaving for the same reason RvP left, and the same reason Cesc left: they don't believe in Wengers ability as a manager anymore.

look at the players when they don't have the ball. they don't have much interest or idea of what to do. that means they aren't out there as a team, they are out there doing a job that they are paid for. The result doesn't mean much because they are not convinced that their efforts will lead to results. So they look out for number one, and that's all.
