Know a few were banging the he'll come good and he has potential drum a while ago, but now? Probably doesn't help that he often plays out of position, but he'd not be a first choice in the middle either

Tidy little player but I'd be surprised if any of the top clubs would be climbing over each other to poach him.

pretty sure with enough time this will all turn on its head and it will be unthinkable to leave him out of the 11.

Question is....how long are you prepared to wait.

and then be mediocre in other games (and sometimes this even happens in the same game, like the Tottenham 5-2 last season) He might be a bit fresher this season if anything due to lack of playing time

Arsene Wenger .
Old Purple Nose must be well chuffed that he missed out on signing 'Rambo'.

Is it just because he's being played out of position, and as the cautious player in the more conservative mode of our formation, that people seem to suddenly think he's the locus of every one of our problems?

Also the question of whether he has shop window motivation at the moment. And as I said, he might even be a bit fresher due to not being overplayed this season, he's disappointed too often for me in the past when looking like hitting consistent form

Right, so why would struggling Fergie want to sign another duffer from Arsene then?
Oh! I forgot he didn't he signed RVP instead http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/smile.gif

ie what his best position is.

I'm not even sure Arsene knows and just tells him to go out and play it as he sees it.

Comes across as a Gerrard type player who you cant really pin down to an exact midfield position.

him and Naismith. I actually thought having set up the 1st goal he'd gain some confidence and have a good game....he didn't. I don't blame him entirely though, for the 5 minutes or so he moved into the middle he actually looked ok and then he moved back out wide again and was instantly terrible

I just dont really get the stick he gets, he never shies away from work and does what he's asked to fairly diligently.

It's almost as if people are looking to find fault, poor lad

He'd never have got close to playing this regularly in many of our past midfield set ups.
It's a sign of where we are today.

He will be a great midfield player in a few years, hopefully with us.

You see the thing with Aaron is that he is the easy target. There is a few other mis-firing gunners at present you know but let's all have a pop at the Welsher (which normally I would advocate).

With a fully fit squad he'd not be in the first eleven. SUrely that has to be taken into account?

Also, I repeat, he's a good player with huge potential. His ability to cover ground can be Gerrard-esque, for starters.

if Arteta is having a poor run, then play him there for a couple of games, just stop playing him on the left or right of a front three

Though naturally the C word wouldn't feature quite often in her vocabulary.

It is the same as any other c word.

So I went home last night and called my Spanish girlfriend a coņo. It didn't end too well.

Hence why Theo's average is so central as well. Both finish that graph in positions neither of them spent more than 30 seconds in. And of course Ramsey is 30 yards further back than Theo, that is the balance AW wanted from him.

In Spain being referred to as a part of a ladys anatomy simply may not be the done thing irrespective of it's perceived rudity.

We will never know , but Ferguson is doing alright without Ramsey so I doubt that he is that fussed about having missed out on signing him. Ferguson failed to win anything last season and that could be the case again this term ,if so he will probably retire.
I suspect that he will anyway ,whatever happens. United already have a statue erected to him.

nothing I have seen has made me think otherwise. That he isn't as good as Jack Wilshere, Santi Cazorla, Abou Diaby (when fit) or Mikel Arteta is no disgrace as there aren't many midfields in English football that those 4 wouldn't walk straight into imo.
