Hope all is well in God's own country.

Talk of a trip to Charter's Towers this time next year (coincidentally I'm plotting it to coincide with The Ashes tour, and the Mrs hasn't noticed!)

Brisbane Test is the 1st one, running November 21-25, 2013.

We'd be in Sydney area first, but that's the 5th Test in Jan, so we'd be home by then.

I have been going with the same blokes for 30+ years. I am not going this year because of my double knee replacement. Coincidentally, I am thinking about going to the Brisbane Test next year. On my list.
Anyway, we will catch up for a drink for sure. Maybe Ole Yella will visit at the same time and we can make a night of it.
ps. Never tell the missus more than she needs to know. Don't mention the Ashes.

No Chief, S7 is going to visit my part of the world for a holiday with his wife. He is coming up to my region and we may catch up for a drink.
You are quite welcome to join us for a drink. I will fill the pair of you up with Rum and Coke and sit back and watch
It will be enjoyable.
Of course, as Seasider has lots of relatives in Charters Towers and they are usually a pretty rough bunch, I can not be responsible for whose side they take.
Their politics are probably more in line with yours but they stick by their kin.
You may wake up staked to an anthill somewhere with a hairy nosed wombat shoved up where the sun don't shine.
Those country boys up this way go hard.
