The money you get from naming rights isn't that much anywa. If you break it down in such a way as saying £20m for 5 years for the shirt and £7m for the naming rights the shirt deal and naming rights are both good amounts. Not brilliant, but around the same as teams like Bayern and Barca.

150 for 5 for shirt alone also allowing them to chop and change the actual name on the front. It will go from Qatar Foundation to something else (airline i think) in the near future but the background sponsor stays the same.

The stadium doesn't bother me a jot at this stage, its a f**king horrible concept allowing a brand to be the name of your football ground.

Allianz for their stadium naming rights, so if we use that as a guide of the market rates for such things our 185m euros deal (£150m) is worth 143m euros a year after deducting the naming rights part, only slightly behind Barca.

Dumb c**ts on twitter seem to think you're going to get £15m a year to name a stadium that's been branded the Emirates Stadium since its opening. c**ts.
