Tie a piece of string from the stricken tooth to a door and get someone to slam it. I'm sure there'd be no shortage of volunteers queueing up to watch you scream your nose off.

Your treatment requirements fall under Bands 2 and 3, so where the uncertain moustachioed dentist gets his figures from, I really don't know.

Mine asked if i wanted a white filling or a silver one. I thought white sounded nice....
60 quid extra. You camt get white ones on the nhs unless they are part of the smile ie easily visible.
