lose a couple more games by January and are not in the top 2 spots in the league? I know it would be very harsh, but looking at what happened in the past, the club might just want to consider a change round that time.

I mean you'd have to give the fella who was in charge when you won the Champions League and the FA Cup at least the whole of the next season in charge. At least.

Otherwise you'd look like a right stupid bunch of c**ts.

your infinite capacity to underwrite the cost of any player you take a fancy towards.
You reduce your managers role to almost an irrelevance.

Silverware would be the icing on the cake, call me a recidivist here, but after 16 years, I'd quite like someone else to be given an opportunity. http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif

that has enabled them to win trophies - everytime someone comes in to try and change that the old guard rebelled and forced them back to the Mourinho way - if they hadn't got that massive call right in the first place they could easily have become like the Inter of the 90s - huge spenders with minimal success

Therefore, he'll continue to sign all the players that are connected with Mr Wenger and then expect his managers to mould them into Barcelona.

and I really can't see him failing over here with the quality of defending on offer
