Islamic marriage law over there is mental! A man is allowed four wives and must have an official marriage certificate for each (the certificate is to be kept by the women, incase she wants to file for divorce)

But you're also allowed an unlimited number of 'temporary' wives (i.e. girlfriends) for which you're also required to have a separate kind of certificate...
