I think Baltimore over achieved, but they have some great young arms in Bundy and Gausman, not to mention young Machado..
Toronto are now a legitimate threat with a vastly improved rotation, and some strong OBP guys with big bats behind them.
Tampa are no joke as they've proved in recent years. Pitching in depth behind Price and Moore,..maybe they move an arm and bring in impact bat even if BJ Upton goes. Jennings is exceptional.
