Went to put some money on my Oyster card, and was over £5 down on what it should have been. Then I remembered some funny error message as I entered the gate on the tube the day before, probably leading to that thing where if if there's any problem with swiping in and out correctly they award themselves *** FREE MONEY *** from the customer's account.

You need to read the small print on train delays. Usually just text myself when there's a problem - Date, time, train, line, station and fill in the forms after. Works a charm.
