would have many many many complaints as a lot of the features have been stolen. It's quite shocking really not even disguised as something different.

the voice thing is the same as siri.
the drop down thing is the same as the iPhone.
the lay out in general with the icons. the layout of the pic gallery and how zoom on pics etc.
just a few from top of my head.

Erm I think you will find it's the other way round! Microsoft have had voice recognition in their sytems for years, Google has also had Google voice, Apple just purchased the company that produced Siri.
As for the drop down notifications, I take it you realise this has been a hallmark of Android far longer than IOS which only recently introduced it.
Icons etc look at Palm and Win Mobile, far older, Apple have copied virtually everything on their phones!
