I know it is Arsenal's worst start in the League since 1982-83 (you would have to be an ostrich with its head in the sand to not hear/read of this statistic ... However, I believe this team is just starting to take shape after a tumultuous end of summer and the Gunners should be getting some players back from injury.

Arsenal sits 8th in the BPL Table through 11 matches or 29% of the season ... The Gunners have picked up 5 points against teams in the top half of the table with a 1-2-2 mark ... Whatever way you shuffle the stats about the fact still remains that we have made the worst start in the league for 30 years.
Wenger's claims of us making a title challenge , after he had sold Song and RVP, have been exposed for the nonsense that they were, and many of us said that at the time that he made them.
He should have bought a top striker to replace RVP and a midfield player to replace Song . I was no great fan of his, but he did give us some physical presence at times in midfield. It loOks like Wenger banked on Diaby replacing him , and let's face it, that was a risky gamble that was always doomed to fail.
