What can I make for dinner?

In the freezer are a bag of frozen sausages, a bag of hashbrowns and a pack of frozen chicken thighs so they are not usable as they need to be defrosted.

In the fridge. small piece of cheese a cucumber a tomato half an onion and bottle of ketchup and 4 cans of beer.

but I am knackered I can't be arsed to go to the supermarket.

Oh and I have loads of eggs. in fact to many eggs.

If no bread then replace the toast with more fried eggs and mop up the yolk with half-slices of cucumber.

Defrost the sausages, cut them into slices, fry them up with the onions. Cook the omelette, chuck in the sausages onions and grate the cheese. Serve - with ketchup if you want.
