Birley - Valentina on the till has a great smile and always wishes me a happy weekend on a Friday.

If they've run out of a key ingredient for your pizza, you don't just bring the pizza anyway and wait to see if you notice, then when you do, claim the pizza doesn't come with that ingredient, until you point it out on the menu, at which point they confess that they've run out of said ingredient.
