It got me thinking about Theo Walcott's wage demands. Now, I repect how Arsenal won't be held to ransom over wages and how giving Theo £100k a week can lead to a number of other players looking an increase. But £100k a week isn't an unreasonable demand.

Of course it might not all be about money.

we stuck by him during his childish years, losing him now that he's ready would be pointless. beside while i agree 80k is fair, 100k for someone of his status is not outrages and its not huge difference anyway. i remember when we lost cole over 5k....lets not repeat that
