Becoming a "pro" in England has always been any nog footballers wet dream. People would gladly leave a premier division side in Norway to play for Accrington Stanley, just to become a "pro".

Think it's pretty much like that for managers too.

Ståle Solbakken leaving FC Copenhagen was not a smart move, imo.

The root of the problem is that there is no division system in kids' football in Norway, and no tables. And the FA encourages equal playing time for everyone in the kids years, which extend to the year they're 12.

So you get teams where parents want to win and scrape together a solid crew who wipe the floor with the playground lads on the other half.

you have a God given right to use "here" whenever UK matters are brought up. http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/rolleyes.gif

UK is no longer "here" for you LA, it is, in fact: "zere".
