Yeah, he's got huge potential playing through the middle. You can't defend against that kind of pace.

I don't think 4-3-3 suits him though, he always ends up stuck wide, where he lacks the subtlety and guile to perform consistently.

He'd be great up front in a 4-4-2 alongside a big man like Walcott and Wilshere and Cazorla playing him in from behind.
