friends for a 6 miles walk at Pangbourne. Of course a walk isn't complete until we have lunch and drinks at an old traditional pub and you won't find many better than the 16th century Cross Keys; the food was superb and with an unbelievable offer of £7.95 for a Haddock & Chips and a pint of Ale

I then returned home and of course a 2 hour siesta is important after such an exhausting day.

She has just woke me up and and I said good as I must go and watch Reading v Arsenal in an hour.
