It's much better to get refillable ones as they work out being FAR more cost efficient, and you can get nicer nicotene **** etc etc.

Make sure you buy extra batteries, as you might find you have a habit of losing them when you get drunk, like I do. Also, make sure you don't get the empty cartridges, rather than already filled and then go and buy the liquid yourself here

I personally think it's f**king lame to get the tobacco flavoured stuff, and get watermelon/cherry etc which basically tastes like smoking shisha. I mean, you have stopped smoking, why continue to smell like cigarettes??


Definitely give it a go mate. It's by far the easiest way to stop smoking. I didnt even want to quit for at least another few years, but it's so easy with e-cigarettes that I didn't see the point in continuing.
