We'll probably get Henry and limp along with what we have.
Missing out on top 4 for 2 years in a row would be required in order to have a potential change in policy.
Then again, it hasn't happened yet, so chillax.

Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink for example....
I think it will be a £15m player.

often tend to be happy to just play for their country, no matter what position. Can't say I was entirely impressed with his performances during the Euros.
Unless we start speculating to accumulate which is not this boards way

club for a generation - "good business"
apart from the Arshavin example below.
Supposedly the £150 million in the bank are contingency funds just in case we are outside the top 4 one year and no CL monies coming in, but also surely there then will have to be more of a gamble on bringing in players if we do find ourselves in that situation to try and get back in the top 4.
Or if attendances ever significantly drop, for now the stadium is almost at capacity and qualifying top 4 every season, so things are ticking along nicely as they are from the board's perspective.

really knows how much other income would be lost. Season ticket sales for a start. We could probably tolerate a year out before things start to bite.
demands etc. We probably have £70m or so to spend at the moment. Some of that would be needed to cover the CL shortfall so I'm not sure that much would be left to go on a transfer spree unless we borrowed more money.
