Blaming and insulting players doesn't improve the team performance

WE really are missing Gibbs and Diaby but with Jack back, who in my opinion had a good return, I am hoping that Gibbs returns ASAP

The performance level, overall, is not acceptable. It is major worry. I was willing to write off the norwich game but we have had two more since then.

It isnt about the missing players. The teams we put out in those three games should perform far, far better than they have. That is the concern.

But senior international players should not fold like that against complete crap.

There seems to be a failure o take responsibility for themselves and each other at crucil moments. It was very similar to how we folded against norwich when we went 3-2 up last season. Within a minute or two of leading we had gifted them three chances. The only difference was that norwich took one.

Sometimes you have to look atthe players.
