and Wenger is exempt from this as we once won some trophies with him and it's all the 'boards' fault.
However we've had reasonably decent squads since post 2005. And we were often in the title race, could be in with a shout for a trophy even with selling players and limited budgets.
But it's amazing how quickly the team loses it's confidence. It happens every season. Or perhaps it's a tactical problem. the man in charge of that is Wenger.
We should do better with what we have imo. Even teams lower down can defend together. Not that defence is the only option.
