They can only do it because there's no one else offensively they need to watch: Gervinho can create, but can't finish; Giroud and Podolski can finish (adequately), but can't create.

Stop Cazorla and you stop The Arsenal.

And Wenger is still in charge! He still gives instructions to the players before the match and he chooses the team.
