Central London cannot be reached within an hour even if you started in proper London.

Maybe they mean if you drive really fast in the middle of the night.

Stobart Airport Shopping, and a small cafe. But for people like me I can land at 1030 and be home by 1055. Tried and tested. Dont plan on there being queues when you get there either. it was 10 mins from drop off to sitting in departures.
