I especially like the one where he talks about coming home a more complete person, presumably he's discounting the ones who've had their limbs blown off

i remember when i was sacked from my first job at 21....i had no job, no money and became curious when i saw one of these ads, i called them to ask what the salary was and i was shocked.
i wouldn't get that money at my age with my limited experience...so i decided to visit their office the next day...that morning an agency called me an offered me a job and i took it...phew

Then they stand around berating people, saying things like "Want to be a nobody forever?" and "how about making something of your life?" to young men as they pass.
I stood and watched them in Barnsley once, they eventually approached me and then hilarity ensued.
"The type of people we liked to fight were two feet tall and armed with dry grass." All far too dangerous these days, if I had to joing one of the services it would have to be the RAF

And my parents are both psychiatrists; I don't do trauma. Or stress. Or disorder even.
