It's almost as if they get some kind of joy, thinking 'I told you so', and can't wait to tell everyone - and I just don't get it.

Yesterday was woeful - that's not up for debate. Where were all these people after West Ham game? Anfield? Man City ?

Most of the people who slag us off on here have only been Arsenal fans since Wenger came here. On a football front, they don't know what disappointment, frustration, jaw-dropping bad is. Don't like it, jog on (or ring talk****e) where that ginger **** gets an equally amount of pleasure when he received your call.

'You've never had it so good' argument. Finishing empty handed this season willbe our longest run without silverware since the 60s. In 1986 don howe was sacked for finishing 3rd. As it turns out, an excellent decision.

I am not saying i want wenger out- i most certainly dont. Butcan we please stop trying to pretend that these last 8 years have been a success. They really havent, particularly when you consider the side we dismantled 8 years ago.

With the clubconstantly boasting healthy profits, never spending thm and annually telling us that they are hsppy with a squad that proceeds to fall short yet again, something doesnt add up.

Arsenal should strive for more than fourth place. It isnt enough. It never was. Ok, some years it will do. But year on year, for evermore, it isnt good enough.

Some of the theories may be fanciful, some of the offered solutions laughable- but people are bound to ask questions. They have just as much a role in our support as those of blind fith.
