Bit hypocritical in regards to racism. Understandable though for the violence. If only Terry was Serbian.

Might need to look up the word hypocritical. Also you might want to show where in the FA statement they actually say they want Serbia kicked out

"The FA condemns both the scenes of racism and the confrontation at the final whistle during which time our players and staff were under extreme provocation. The FA has reported a number of incidents of racism to Uefa following the fixture. These were seemingly aimed at a number of England black players by the crowd. The matter is now with Uefa."

a least one major competition

If that doesn't work, then extend it to 5 years and they may eventually realise what they are doing is wrong

However, lets not pretend this is just a foreign problem when we have an England captain doing exactly the same

Of course things have greatly improved in the last 20 years in this country but certainly not completely removed.

There are racists incidents abroad and the FA expects Uefa to dish out punishments. Which bit of that is pot calling the kettle black? It seems remarkably consistent

So in regards to that it is rather hypocritical considering how the whole Terry saga was handled.

either way we can both agree it was a disturbing incident and hopefully something happens from it.

Of course, there are still incidents - though equating one comment on the pitch to sustained abuse from the crowd is an over-reaction - and the thing is the FA did act

place

Terry should also have been suspended but the problem was that Roy needed him

And I am not saying this because Terry isn't an Arsenal player; if an Arsenal player was accused of anything similar I would demand exactly the same, don't care how important he is to the team

Innocent until proven guilty. And besides applying rules in the normal world to football is not particularly helpful. It is a different environment

must dealt with in a way that will make any other racists think twice about their beliefs
