Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque expects Santi Cazorla to flourish at Arsenal
By Patrick Haond. Last Updated: October 13, 2012 5:53pm

Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque expects playmaker Santi Cazorla to make big strides at Arsenal after joining the club in the summer.

Cazorla has already impressed for the Gunners since arriving at Emirates Stadium from Malaga, scoring two goals and contributing three assists in nine appearances.

Del Bosque believes moving abroad will benefit that 27-year-old in the same way it did former Arsenalman Cesc Fabregas.
He told L'Equipe: "As with Cesc Fabregas, some players who go and play for foreign clubs improve on a cultural level.

"It makes them grow on many levels; intellectually, because you have to learn a new language and adapt to another culture, and on a footballing level too.

"For example, I'm delighted Santi Cazorla has left to go and work with Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.

"He will become a better footballer and a more complete man."
