So for Sunny, i think it's on at around 10pm (not sure about different coasts, give or take a couple of hrs)so it should be ready for download at high speeds the second it finishes airing. So around 3.30-5.30 am (depending on the coasts I think), if you're still up, just download of pirate, eztv eetv tvscene etc are all great uploaders for ALL the US shows, always instant
