He has informed his squad that he has 3 envelopes with the names of three players in them, these are the players that will let the club down during the season and told them ‘Don’t be one of those players’.
This technique was apparently used by Ferguson before ManU won their first championship under him although Fergie did admit he never had an envelope.
This will be shown on Channel 5 tomorrow evening on ‘Being Liverpool’ and apparently Rodgers was embarrassed when the show revealed his home featured a large painting of himself
Something tells me his management techniques may not work at Liverpool
