His Charitable Works through his Livestrong Foundation are quite well reapected. Folks wear the Livestrong bracelet everywhere. He's become a public figure beyond just a cyclist.

At this point I'd say that most are leaning towards giving him the benefit of the doubt. Before this report that is. Stay tuned.
