Obama - Painfully disappointing. He was laborious and seemed like he had anywhere better to be than on that stage. He looked unenthusiastic and disengaged, like a Manchurian Candidate. No mention of Romney's 47% gaff for example, tax returns, tax plans, Romneycare in Mass.
If it was the plan to be Presidential and calm, it backfired mightily. He missed every opportunity to call out Romney on his lies.Very poor indeed.

Romney - Far more passion, but lied on many established facts that he had previously declared, his tax plan being the biggest lie than went unchallenged. Best analogy is ' Romney was a very adamant witness, but he perjured himself'. when the fact checks come out tomorrow, he will be shown to have lied, but much of America don't watch the follow up. If you can lie and get away with it, how can you fault him?
He came across as rude with his interrupting all the time.

Host - lost control, like a replacement NFL ref. Pitiful.

Summary - Who had the better debate? Romney's style won over Obama's substance.
Obama was a pussy and missed the chance to wipe the floor with Romney's lies.

Overall impact - negligible, Obama is miles ahead in swing states, most voters minds are made up already. History shows minimal impact of debates.

Confidence of Obama reelection 85%.

Like being 5.0 up after the away leg, and then trailing 0.1 at HT in the home leg,...disappointing, but not going to effect the final outcome.

to what you said

firstly fair play you admitted romney won the debate big style and good to see you understood that

but your deluded to think tonight hammering from romney to obama won,t have a impace.

all media pundits like jake tapper , chuck todd and larry the crystal ball all said this will change whole election and make romney massive favourite to win now.

its over for president. he had good run and done one or thing good things but its president romney time now.

bottom line, socialism is tough to defend if you are actually going to go for re-election, which is why I am surprised that they have not been suspended. Elections, that is.

you come to a country to make a living and denigrate the country that provided you with said living. Seems to me to be rather odd.

Not that its a 'who has the biggest dick' contest,...but I've told you before that I work and support my family here, and that I am happy to pay high taxes to be a guest in this great nation.

You acknowledged and respected that.
