I don't doubt his ability as a footballer, I just have a slight issue with him as a person (admittedly one I only know through seeing on the TV and occasionally at the stadium).

I felt the same about Ray Parlour. Never really warmed to him.

He did cope, I think he is an excellent player. But they targeted him and not Jenkinson. This surprised me as technically, Jenkinson is by far the weaker player.
