I mainly wear Polo shirts and Jeans as that's what looks best on a fat c**t, well so I'm told.

stopped drinking every lunchtime, now only do 1 a week and the weight is falling off.

And dinner is usually healthy now. I cut out the takeaways to one a month. and the gym. but I don't go mental at the gym just some cardio.
