I remember when I worked in Mothercare, they had a big push on getting the staff to copy the terminology the customer uses. So if they call it a buggy, you call it a buggy. They say pram, you say pram. Quite clever really imo.

Knew nothing about him until I moved up to my little village. Local lad to here, although long dead before I arrived. There was a tribute to him in the local a little while after I moved in and, over a few pints of ale, got speaking to a studio engineer who worked at his record label.
