I don't feel better physically but mentally yes.

but I noticed that I find enjoyment in food I used to find boring.

But it's still not as nice as having some massive pizza. But I tried doing that and it wasn't so nice. just made me feel sick.

the cigar smoke can be used to hide the smoke from the cigarettes you have previous to it,.
