Have not seen the goals on TV yet but I can't imagine what he could have done wrong as he isn't the biggest

lost the ball very clumsily in a very dangerous situation, we've got control, we're charging forward, and Chelsea are given an opportunity to get us on the counter attack when we're off balance.

It is of course not his fault that Verme faults Torres, or that Koscielny tries to stop the freekick or that Vito does not communicate.
