we passed like we didnt want the ball, vermaelen didnt say boo to a goose to the shielding midfielders for their lack of control and protection, we were poor against a mediocre chelsea, and we had very little impact from the bench- walcott did his best but ran into brick walls and giroud looked like it wasnt his job to create space up front by running the defence ragged , I dont know if Per wouldnt have been better at the back but all i know is that two soft goals from set pieces have exposed the fragile rebiuld that we are undergoing, selling RvP was probably justified, but have we spent correctly? time will tell...but at the moment there is a cigarette paper between giroud and bendtner in my book......
