Our local nutter in East Finchley is a menacing looking black guy

in a hoodie who is in fact utterly harmless and friendly.

He walks infront of cars in traffic, causing the occupants to **** their pants, only to stand there waving and smiling gormlessly.

Pretty funny seeing the relief on people's faces as they realise they're not about to be car-jacked.
