Well no one apart from the 50k plus who turned up last night of course. But there's tons of posts on here about trying to catch the goals on tv, it's only 10 or 20 quid to get in the ground http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif

Some people wouldn't pay that to go to a play, comedy show, or gig, so why woudl they pay it to watch a profoundly unimportant, second-rate game of football?

seat.

Me: "Sorry, these are our seats, you'll have to move"
Them: "but someone else is sitting in our seats"
Me: "That's your problem"
Them: "There's no need to be like that about it"
Me: "Yeah, well I'm not the one sitting in your seat"

This scenario seemed to be repeated all over the block for the first 15 minutes of the game.

against a decent Lazio team, 25000 or something. I think that answers your question.

To be honest I'd probably have popped along if it was a tenner and I could walk to the ground.

And you could have walked from the tube station.

I'm not criticising your non attendance, just the shoddy excuse.

About why he has money for jeans and games and stuff, but not the money to at least attend a League Cup match if not any other game? http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/smile.gif

Still too much hassle for minimal return in terms of entertainment (I don't tend to do any socialising at football, so it's all about the game for me.

I pretty much hate being at the emirates nowadays so I'm always looking for excuses for not having to attend games.

Referring to it as Hampstead is what we in the DM business call vanity addressing.

I didn't always attend such games when I lived on Drayton Park.

When I was his age I spent my money on band rehearsals, recording and inspirational pharmaceuticals rather than attending matches so I should accept his decision to allocate his resources as he sees fit.

didn't he slide it through to Olivier for his goal

Ashberto

He can help out at right-back as well.

It looked like a 4-2-3-1 with Yennaris and Coq shielding and AA playing behind Giroud. I think Wenger admitted after that if Arshavin is going to play that'll be his position as he can't get up and down the wing. Two assists, winning a penalty and a goal wasn't a bad second half, even though he was rusty in the first. He looked very happy when he scored, bless him.
