The shortest one was 18 months, been in my current job for over 9 years.

Hotel then left to do security
Then back to the hotel
Then left to go to another hotel then back to my original hotel.
Then left to go to a tour operator.
Now I am a negotiator for another tour operator.

So original hotel I worked combined total of 8 years. the other hotel I did 2 weeks. security was 6 months and the one I just left I was there 3 years and 1 month.
