My company has decided to scrap the wearing of ties

Thankfully since I started we were still in 'summer dress code' mode so I didn't have to wear it. They've decided to abandon it.

Great now I don't have to waste my time getting new shirts to find collars that fit.

I always thought this rule was unfair. As women have an easy time. There are women here who are not wearing anything remotely close to business attire but nobody says anything.
