over the phone and don,t rush your response. take a second and adapt it to question your asked. keep calm as voice will project that over the phone.

Don't be scared of silences (within reason) while you think of what you are going say next or respond to a question, better to be quiet than to hum & haw.

to need to go through. he talking about phase 1 but i got job as it was just the phone interview.

in terms of writing when i go for jobs i do it on the computer and in terms of reading i can read ok to be honest although not as fast as you need to be. But if they asked me in a interview to write in a interview i just have to take my time. if i rushed it i be in big trouble.

for some reason. they can,t see how nervious i am in person as i can sometimes show that in my body language. so all you need over voice is for your voice to be calm and composed.
