but if I use it on it's own I still get stressed out. and go mental.

It has helped a lot of people quit smoking. It's not healthy stuff, but it's a lot better than fags.

Seriously though, good luck mate. I will be 5 years given up this Christmas, best thing I ever did. I did it with patches. Don't underestimate how much will power you will need as well, I still have to be strong now.
