understand?

Yesterday Koscielny was asked (in a manc accent, no less) "Did yer have yer heart in yer mouth there when yer clearance fell straight to Aguero?"

There's at least three parts of that question that the vast majority of non-native speakers won't be familiar with, and from Koscielny's opening couple of answers he quite clearly didn't have good enough english to understand them.

So what happened? Koscielny completed ignored the question and answered an entirely different one http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/rolleyes.gif

The interviewer must be well proud of himself.

English football? If he had understood, he would have probably have taken great offence to it.
