Players develop at different rates. Just not overly convinced he has much of a football brain as a few others in the squad.
Wilshire, Ox, Jenkinson, examples of young players who have slotted straight in.
I'd be quite happy for him to stay and develop further but the issue here is that he appears to believe in his own hype, or possibly he agent does, maybe he see's the writing on the wall and feels a move is his best option. Who knows ?

Initially Theo warmed up with Giroud.... The chant of Girouuud went up as they both warmed up... As soon as this happened I knew the media would put a spin on it...!! Just unfortunate!!

Secondly, when Theo scored he went to celebrate, had second thoughts due to Southampton being where he started so instead made a point of clapping all 4 corners of the ground... No sulking, just a muted celebration!!

At the end of the game again this was clarified by him clapping all stands and then making a point with The Ox to go to the Away support and give them a few moments before leaving the pitch...
