at least 3 times a week sometimes more.

I've lost weight. I thought after this time it would get a bit easier. But I still feel exhausted all the time.

Wha gwan with that.

needs regular servicing, and will likely dump you for someone fitter if you dare add > 3oz of that weight back on.

It's important if you're working out that your body has time to recover. 3 times a week is good, but you need the sleep. 5+ days a week is too much.

Make what you eat from fresh. Other than lunch, 2 meals out a week and share appetizer and dessert. Cut 1.5 stone off me, as I wasn't overeating but rather eating processed crap full of salt and sugar.
