I've broken a spoke on my rear wheel. Is it still OK to ride? They aren't those really expensive wheels with hardly any spokes.

It's got a lot of spokes to it's going to have to wait until I'm back home next where there is an exceedingly good bike shop.
and point at you on your expensive Bianchi, particularly when overtaking you.
There's nothing like spoting a victim up ahead and slowly reeling them in. Though I do feel I need to up the pace a little as I pass them so I woosh past rather than creep.

So rich - I was jogging this evening and I felt a fluttering just above my solar plexus. Turns out it's my heart beating and when I felt my pulse, the flutter was a missed beat?
What is it Rich? Will I never live to see us lift old big ears http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/frown.gif

Are you asthmatic?
