Jujst a little hi-tech snippet. The whole house has a 'track' on the ceiling going from room to room, even down to the basement (ranch house). It picks up his chair and takes him wherever he wants to go.

did in medfield,mass though was literally built from scratch in a week.would take up to 3 months usually.My concerns in these projects are foundation settlement issues,painting plaster that's not fully dried e.t.c
