called in to deny he was selling the Sox,was ranting and raving about him signing Any Carroll,who he said, had known issues with alcohol.Hadn't heard that one before today.He's a good owner for the Sox though,but with 'pool,he clearly has no clue

Seeing the Sawx humbled is almost as delicious as seeing the Yankees fall. Of course that doesn't mean that ESPN will stop showing each and every one of their damn games at the expense of more exciting teams, like the Orioles.

Sow how many teams make the playoffs next year, to ensure that the Red Sox get in. 20? 25?

I started watching Turners channel that used to show the Braves,and they showed ****loads of Mets games.Robin Ventura,Al Leiter,Piazza and the glovester Rey Ordonez...i still go to at least one game a year even though they have been **** for 10 yrs

The old one was a ****hole. Went to a couple of games there.

You missed it, but in the mid 80's the Cards and Mets had a bitter rivalry going. They hated each other. They were both in the NL East (only two divisions).
